Holiday Gift Guide : For the Host / Hostess

1. Color Block Coffee Maker - Anthropologie (Lenox Square / Westside) $38. This coffee maker was my life in Italy. It truly produces the most authentic cup of coffee - or shot of espresso - whichever you prefer. Not only is it super simple and quick, but it makes up to 6 shots.

2. Alyson Fox Triangles Pillow Cover - West Elm (Atlantic Station) $34. What a gem for a home. There are so many lovable things at West Elm, but this unique and fun pillow is such a great buy. I often get tired of the same, typical host/hostess gifts, so what a different way to say thanks.

3. Artichoke Lemon Pesto - Bella Cucina (Virginia Highlands) $12 . As seen here, Bella Cucina is an amazing little shop of foods and houseware goods. But, this pesto is to die for. It is a guarantee that the host or hostess that receives this will be thanking you for weeks.

4. Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels - Trader Joe's (most ATL locations) $1.99. I mentioned this heavenly treat on Instagram earlier this week and it is fair to say that this surpasses ANY holiday treat. I wait for it to hit the shelves every year and dream about them during the off-season. Stock up and hand 'em out.

5. Capri Blue Candle in a Jar (Volcano) - Anthropologie (Lenox Square / Westside) $25. This is by far my favorite smelling candle. Most days throughout the year it is lit up in my house and I never seem to get sick of it. It's the perfect scent and a perfect gift to thank your host / hostess.

6. The Smitten Kitchen Cookbook - Barnes & Noble (most ATL locations) $35. I'm a huge Smitten Kitchen fan and seem to love most of their recipes. So, what an exciting thing when the blog recently came out with their own cookbook. With an array of great and easy recipes, this cookbook will allow any type of cook to get around in the kitchen.
